Ad Space

This year we are offering advertisement opportunities in the program of the three most populated events: The Quilt Ceremony, The Memorial Ceremony and The Community Awards Banquet. This will provide exposure to your company and can drive revenue to your business. Below, you will find a diagram outlining the space and cost of the advertisement.<br>Please contact the Banquet Chair, Katrina, if you have any questions. Complete the attached application, submit, and pay by Friday October 4, 2024. Finally, submit the ad or logo to be displayed by Friday October 18, 2024.

Exhibition Table

An exhibition table can be purchased for $500.00. This fee allows the Northeast Florida<br>World AIDS Day Committee to continue supporting and recognizing our work in<br>Jacksonville, FL. In addition to displaying your exhibition table, your organization will<br>receive:<br>• 2 tickets for the banquet,<br>• 2 tickets for parking,<br>• 6-foot display table,<br>• Company logo with social media link connection on World AIDS Day webpage<br>and social media outlets 30 days before the event<br>• Company logo on Banquet Program,<br>• Visual recognition at the banquet of your company on video presentation.
