Remebering Kat, aka JustKat The Advocate

Dear Friends,

With heavy hearts, we share the passing of our beloved Kat Newman, known to many as JustKat The Advocate. Kat’s unwavering passion, dedication, and advocacy have left an indelible mark on our community, and her legacy will continue to inspire us all.

In honor of Kat, we invite you to join us for a rose petal drop and vigil on Monday, January 27, 2025, at 6:00 PM at Friendship Fountain, 1015 Museum Cir, Jacksonville, FL—a place that holds special meaning to our shared journey. More details will follow soon.

We also welcome you to gather this Thursday at Hardwicks, Kat’s favorite spot, to share cherished memories and support one another during this difficult time. On this special evening, entertainers have pledged to donate proceeds to the JustKat The Advocate Memorial Fund. The show will begin at approximately 10:30 PM.
